Alfa Forno's 5 Minuti pizza oven has a unique baffling airflow system that provides more circulation of the flame and heat which allows the oven to reach higher temperatures must faster!

Great product that will cook a superb Pizza in less than 3 minutes. Get plenty of help when lifting it because it is heavy. Takes 20-30 minutes to heat up once wood is lit but then look out.

What type of steel is the door as well as inside of the 5 minuti comprised of.
Thank you for the great question! In response, the door and outside of dome is made up of grade 304 stainless steel; the inside of dome is made up of grade 441 stainless steel. We hope this answers your questions!
Where is the ALFA 5 Minuti Wood Fired Oven made ?
All Alfa ovens are manufactured in the town of Anagni, a province of Frosinone, Italy.
Can this unit be left outside in conditions? Will the stainless steel rust? We have one and there are already some markings on the stainless steel?
Yes, the Alfa 5 Minuti is an outdoor pizza oven. However, like all appliances, you should keep your oven covered when not in use to protect it against the elements like sun, rain, and snow. If kept covered and protected, your Alfa oven will provide years of enjoyment.
Is this unit 3rd party certified? I.e U/l Ext.
The Alfa 5 Minuti is UNI 10474 and EN 13229 compliant but is not UL Listed per USA standards for indoor or commercial use. You can click here for Pizza Ovens certified for Commercial use.
