Instant Dry Yeast

Instant Dry Yeast Definition

Instant Dry Yeast is a variation of dry yeast with a smaller particle size than active dry yeast.

Usually, it does not need to be rehydrated in water or other liquid to activate it and can thus be added directly to the flour and other dry ingredients.
