Chimney

Pizza Oven Chimney Definition

A pizza oven chimney is a vertical channel or pipe conducting smoke and combustion gases from a fire. In a pizza oven, the chimney is typically located in the front of the oven.

The oven draws in cold air through the oven opening for the fire and exhausts hot air back out through the top half of the oven door.
